In honor of Women’s history Month, the American Veterinary medical association (AVMA) has previously revealed a listing of noted women within the veterinary profession. Of special note to the Goodnewsforpets neighborhood is Dr. Mary Beth Leininger, the very first lady president of the AVMA as well as a 2018 Germinder20 Power of Pink Honoree.
